3/12/26 This client was passed to me (Don't know why) but I spoke to Mrs. Bland and she said she is the one we are supposed to contact. Mrs. Bland stated she never received an email from us and I checked and she is right, only received the ad link. I reversed the order of email and phone number so please contact her, I told her the was a family who did not qualify for financing and suggested she lower the sales price and she said she would discuss it with Mrs. Young and call back.
