3/27/26 Live 12 M: told client although we were not able to generate an offer in a 12 month period we will continue to market ownership and no cost. Client lowered sales price from 75,990.00 to 70,000.00. Jose
12/15/25 Live 9/M I told client there was a family who did not qualify for financing & I recommended lowering the sales price and client said she will keep it where it is. Jose
