"Good morning,

This is Leroy and   Patricia Walker writing regarding the transaction to sell our Marriott Vacation Resort in France.

After much deliberation, we made the decision that we need to cancel this transaction effective immediately.  According to the signed contract, the owner has the right to cancel for any reason within 10 days after the signature date of the contract. See below. Please know that this is our official written notice to cancel the contract signed by Leroy and I on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. Please refund our  $4,128.00 to our Visa credit card within  20 days as indicated in your contract below. If you have any questions, please let me know.
