07/10/25 - Status update; Second time asking for Scott ( donta ), I believe so, he mentioned that he thinks he's been scammed. I told him that he is so fresh on the market, he has to give Scott some time to do his job. Everything's looking good so far, and we are promoting on all platforms. We will notify him once there is an offer. It is still kind of early ( contract ), so I still passed a note to Donta to follow up. He paid a good amount as well. - Mega
7/8/25- Returned call from msg slip, spoke to Mr King, him and his wife had a few questions of this process. He told me he experienced a stroke before signing up for this. I explained that when an offer is received he will be notified via email and phone call and will have 2 days to respond.I told them we have live events and thats how our sales agents are able to obtain offers for the owners. I told him that once an offer is received he'd have to accept it to move on to the closing, we do not accept any offers on his behalf. SR
