6/4/25- 3 month-Mrs Rivera called, went over the whoel acct. Told her the property has received shown interest and views, told her we are aiming in the direction of receiving offers soon, Says she has some info she wants to share w PETERand only Peter. I explained we share the same client portal and I can update any info and he will be able to see, she said she understands but wants to make sure Peter is still available for her. Asked for a call back request. SR
5/7/25- returned her call, would negotiate down 15k, says she just wanted to know whats going on w her property. She has positive feedback so far. SR

4/2/25- Spoke to Mr. Rivera, he asked for Peter stein, I told him he is unavailable. But I will leave a call back request. I told him it has been viewed already and still considered new on our market so that's great news. It is heading in the direction of receiving offers asap. That is our goal.SR
