A Place at the Beach III is a 17-acre oceanfront resort managed by Vacation Resorts International (VRI). The resort features 279 units, 98 of which are timeshare units. Guests enjoy direct beach access, along with outdoor showers and foot wash stations. The resort offers a seasonal outdoor pool with a 100-ft waterslide, an indoor pool and hot tub, an outdoor hot tub, a 9-hole mini golf course, a tennis/pickleball court, a basketball court, shuffleboard, corn hole, and a playground. Additionally, there are gas and charcoal grills available. During peak season, we host weekly recreational activities and live music.
