She was not happy about the time frame with zero offers. I told her that we will notify her once we receive something. I added her to the priority list and then sent an email to confirm. - Mega

1/5/25- she responded via email and reduced price from 99,999 to 60k. I responded via email to confirm the price reduction. SR

12/30/25- The client responded claiming she reduced the price lower than 99,999 but that's the last reduction I see, also checked the emails and that's the only price its been lowered to. I explained that to her formally, also asked at what price would she like to reduce it to. SR

We need this property sold, will reducing the price sell the condo?",,,,, I spoke w/ client live, let her know that she is still very fresh on our market, she of course was going on that her sales agent convinced her that we should already have a rental for her in a few weeks, let her know that he aims to have a rental & sale offer & they set goals for themselves to get it done within a reasonable manner, but typically it is 3-6/m when we do see offers come in, but we are working diligently on getting offers for them hopefully b4 the summer starts, told her if nothing after the summer we can reduce the price--TF
