09/30/25 - Client called in again! She said she didn't hear from us, and she had to call. I went over the times we spoke with her and told her that she was due for a 1-month update on September 6, but she called us a few days before, so yes, it would be considered an update. We provide monthly updates or every other month based on her case. She's expecting a call in October. - Mega
