4/21/26 - 3M Update completed, spoke live with client, "at this point has been receiving strong views and appears to be on the right track. We have prepare major events, one that delivered exceptional opportunities for owners during this season last year." The client asked what we have been doing to market the property. I explained that we use events as well as social media. The client then asked whether a refund would be possible since it has been a long time without offers. I explained how the refund process works and reminded her that she has been with us for 3M and the contract term. client fine after the call, moved in the cal for a 6m update. JO✿
02/26/26 -Message slip CB: ask to client if she had any question or concerns bc she call us (i was speaking with her few minutes before her call), she started asking abt who we are i explain to her, then she's like yeah but i thought i been with you guys for a while now, explain to her she signed with us back on January so its been a month and 3 days she still fresh on the market, then she ask how much she paid us (was $6,750), i provide that info but i explain to her abt the contract bc she still asking if there's any offer yet, explain to her that we don't guarantee any time period for an offer, however we already started promoting her property at our events, client was fine after the call but maybe she will cb asking the same.
