9/16/25 - 6 month live call completed / sch for 9 month - customer is highly upset that property hasnt been sold - edu customer to not get discourage as we are still within 10 months and have upcoming events - customer said she wants her money back as promised - sent out and went over customer contract - edu on refund policy - customer hung up the line - AM
