8/15/25- Vic passed to me. Says he could not get in contact at all w us, he was calling the number ending in #2443, we clarified it and even did a test run and he was very happy and impressed that he was able to get a live receiptionist on the line and was transferred quickly. He did mention he Paid maintanence fees $990 for 1 yr. I advised he is still fresh on the market and usually btwn the 3-6m activity picks up for the newer properties on our market. SR
