Can you provide that? " - tried to call client and address but client wants detailed info i don't have - let him know someone will reach out 24-48 bis hrs - price reduction from 27,249 to 19,900 - sent email confirmation - AM

1/9/26- Mr Seymour called in, we went over the acct. Explained there is positive feedback so far. We are trying aiming for offers as soon as possible, hopefully within our next live presentations. SR

12/5/25 - Callback : 6M completed - moved in cal for 9M - client is asking for the name of the resorts, the point amount and the price its being sold for not the "name" of the client when i explained that i cant go over any client detail/information regarding successful sales but we do have successful sales/rentals and agents receive about 30 offers per month - let client know will receive a callback 24-48 BUSINESS hrs - AM

8/28/25 I spoke to client and told him his named appeared on a calling twice which should have never happened, so chalk it off as a human error. I apologized  on behalf of the company & all good. Jose

8/27/25 This client was passed around more than necessary. A fronter called him asking if he wants our services & when client said he is already a client, the fronter passed it to Stephanie & Stephanie passed it to the receptionist then to me. Client is not happy and uncertain we are a real business. Jose

07/28/25 - Msg slip cb; Even though we spoke with him two weeks ago, he still asked about the status. I mentioned recent activities with the property so far, but no offers as yet. He got a little technical asking about the price of popperites similar to his own. I mentioned that the range was 30k - 25k, but each one is different, and he shouldn't compare based on similarities. He then asked to provide a property similar to his property that was recently sold, along with the price. I told him that I do not have that info on hand, but I can speak with a rep. He said someone can call back or send an email with that information. Will inform Avery. - Mega
