  • due to the extreme cold weather a lot of people are traveling to FL since we are the only warmer state so we wanna take advantage to tourist in the area with a private event
  • they talking about not paying maintenance and they were promised for a reimbursement.... so i said after a sale we will do that, then they want an email about it... GOD

10/30/25- Marina responded to the ad stating it was not her resort and was disappointed but during the ver i did ask if she wanted it to be displayed as HGVC so potential buyers know they can use it else where and not just limited to Maui. I fixed the ad immediately once i saw the email and I called her twice on each # and LVM, i responded to the email letting her know to call me back and also attached the revised link for her to review the ad. She called me back and was very pleased and impressed w the attentiveness and the ad itself, she said it was great now.Wants to leave a review w Savannah on my Customer service i told her thank you for the acknowledgementSR
