2/26/26 - Live transfer: 1M, Spoke live, confirmed all contact info, Email updated, also client said she's gonna be out of the town for 2 weeks (Feb 27th to March 12th) she provide authorization to her son and will cb to provide his phone # and name just in case she receive an offer, i explain she can also email us that info, client agree and fine after the call, moved in the cal for 3M. State Statue, III disc, abt any fee behind), client understood and stated she's really patience but she's gonna wait until the due date, i kindly explain to her she is basically fresh on the market and she ackn.
