4/23/26 - 3M Update completed, Called twice 1st # LVM, spoke live with Mr. , "at this point has been receiving strong views and appears to be on the right track. We have prepare major events, one that delivered exceptional opportunities for owners during this season last year." client fine after the call, moved in the cal for a 6m update. JO✿
4/15/26- Kelly and Donta pitched not realizing they are a client. SHE CALLED BACK CURSING, MAD, claws out!!! I told her I am willing to help her but not w the profanity, she kept going on and on how we are a scam. I quickly cleared it up stating we have new reps on the sales floor who do not have access to the client portal but the number they called and she called back on IS NOT on file! I told her during registration we asked for all numbers to make sure they are scrubbed from the floor. SHE then calmed down and realized thats true. I added the number as the 3rd on file. ALL IS WELL. I SCRUBBED THAT NUMBER. TOLD HER I WILL PUT CALL BACK REQUEST for sales agent. SR
02/27/26 - Live transfer: Client call regarding Alex FU, i also confirmed method of communication, she's been a little bit aggressive bc she stated the vm said it was an important update and these is not important, i explain to her that for us as a company is really necessary bc if she receives an offer we need to keep everything update so we can communicate with her, she yell at me and said "JUST CALL ME IF YOU GET AN OFFER" and then hung up.
