4/28/26 - 3M Update completed, spoke live with client, "at this point has been receiving strong views and appears to be on the right track. We have prepare major events, one that delivered exceptional opportunities for owners during this season last year." Client said we can started getting rentals bc maintenance fee is paid for the year, client fine after the call, moved in the cal for a 6m update. JO✿

3/4/26 - 1M, Spoke live, confirmed all contact info, client said she already spoke w mala and Alex that she just gonna wait until the middle of april for a sale, moved in the cal for 3M. JO✿
02/26/26- The client was offered a rental; however, she later had to decline due to the unpaid maintenance fee. She also requested a reduction in the rental price, but her sales agent advised her that it is too soon to reduce the price.(Mala spoke with the client on behalf of Alex to discuss the matter). AC
