Avery & Boss said that it is accurate and was charged twice, but let the client know that it will be refunded to the card. I told her if there is a reference #, we will send it out to her. She was fine after the call and said thank you and hopefully we can move forward with the sale process. - Mega

The client informed me that his bank sent him a letter stating that he was charged $4,500 twice. I checked his listings and deeds to see how time times we should've been cahrged. Apparently, he cancelled or did a chargeback with Alex, so it's kind of confusing. Alex already left for the day, so I passed a note to Avery to look into it and follow up with him. I told him someone would check it out and then reach out to him. - Mega

5/20/25--Client called in, was asking for Alex, told him he is busy promoting his properties at our live events, he said he isn't too happy with us & definitely feels scammed & knew not to trust us because Alex promised he would get a rental offer immediately & now her it's been 2/months & nothing, also mentioned they gotten some sorta offer but it was coming from their resort Spinnaker they emailed in having someone that wanted to rent it out but they would get a check for $1,400 & they said it's been weeks & still no rental check & even any rentals from us, said he wants to know how to get all his money back because he feels as if we aren't going to do anything & said he has sued a company b4 for not following thru on what they said they would do, but wants to speak to someone in regards to that told him I would have a supervisor look over everything & try to reach out to him ASAP--TF
𐙚 4/29/25- (1 MONTH): checking the line of communication because we have a boost of view since the 1st official prestation, they mentions the 4 weeks of rental that someone in out company spoke with him about and he is determine to find out about the details since he is dealing with a limitation of time for the points - CP

04/14/25 - Client called in for Alex. I was completely confused because he said that Alex told him there was an offer of 1,400 or 14,000 for June, and he hasn't heard anything since. He got skeptical, asking if Alex still works here. I told him yes, but he is out for the week at some of our events. I told him that I could have a supervisor reach out to him while Alex is gone, so that he doesn't feel uncomfortable seeing that he is still kind of new. Notified Roc. - Mega
