4/29/26 - Live transfer: Client called to know abt the refund, i explained to him abt refund processed, he keep saying he contact his bank and he just received 3 out of 4 refunds i explain to him it could take some time and he refunded all the transactions at the same time, called was transfer to Steph, she explained to him refunds can take up to 10 business days, today we are at the 9th day so he can wait until tomorrow and check if he received the refund, he's good to go.
