5/20/25- 1 month- Live status update, had to call twice but spoke w/ client, did confirm his info on the acct is correct & that we have major events happening & let him know to save our num so he knows we are calling--TF
5/7/25- Returned call, went over acct details. I told him things should be picking up as summer is approaching. I told him he can call and ask for me if I am available ill be happy to assist him but if not anyone here is CS can assist him. He wrote down both CS #s. SR
4/30/25--live transfer ..spoke to bernard..so thought it would be sold..told him its only 2 weeks..very frustrated..did my best to calm him down..rh
4/18/25- Bernard called me back, delivered welcome LIVE. moved to 1m in the calendar. SR
