1/21/26- Vic was dialing and claims they were playing "phone tag", he realized she is a client and told her to call back and ask for ME. I reviewed her acct and told her the good news is: WE added her to the EXCLUSIVE showing PRIORITY list, as a courtesy to speed up the process and hopefully get her an offer even sooner. Explained we usually charge a fee to be added on there, but we took care of it for her. She was very thankful and happy, added her to rental offer sheets. NEXT CALL: Offer price reduction. SR

5/15/25- 1 month...She called in mentioning we called her last friday and the guy named Bob left two numbers 888-241-9685 and 786-765-1600..I checked 8x8 and verified the last time she called was 4-21-25. She felt relieved to know it wasnt us who called her bc she really did not like the fact she called both numbers and was unsuccessful with live contact. I provided her with the CS # ending in 2443. She was so happy and we ended the call well. SR 1
