01/21/26 - 9 Months update; Live call. Of course she is fiesty... I told her that she is not at the end of her contract, as hopefully, we'll let her know once there is an offer. Placed in the calendar for 12 months. - Mega

11/11/25- Spoke with client informed we may have a family that's interested who may consider the ownership. She will be out of the country until Thanksgiving. We will follow up with client to reduce the sale price to attract more qualified families. -AS

11/06/2025 Spoke with client she asked about her concerns she mentioned Peter promised 3 months and it has been way longer. Informed owner it typically 3-6 months average but we have a total of 10 months per agreement to move ownership. She said she asked customer service what happens after 10-months what happens and no response. I informed her we will continue to market the timeshare at our own cost until sold. Told her we are only 7 months in and will get with the agent Peter to see what strategies will be used to generate offers as soon as possible. Also see if I can get some compensation if not sold. Follow up call 11/7/25 by 4PM EST.- AS
