𐙚 4/21/26-12 month:called client and he started screaming at me saying that the property is bankrupt and wyndham didn't even want to buy the place, and he kept blaming us being clueless about it and why we haven't done anything so i empathize him the best i can do but aside from anything my supervisor will follow up with him.

This situation was kind of confusing because I could not look back on the notes to see what they were talking about. Apparently, they have two offers for $1.00 each, but I was not aware.
