𐙚 4/21/26-12 month:called client and he started screaming at me saying that the property is bankrupt and wyndham didn't even want to buy the place, and he kept blaming us being clueless about it and why we haven't done anything so i empathize him the best i can do but aside from anything my supervisor will follow up with him.

02/09/26 - provided update - let client know the engagement/inquires has been increasing - tried to go into detail regarding trying to get financing approved for an offer to be submitted but her cut me off.. - starts asking about refund - went over refund policy and cancellation policy - client ask when contract is up edu March 1st will b 10 month mark / client said that properties are claiming bankruptcy March 1st now and wants a refund since we did "nothing"- pass note on steph desk client is escalating bc wants refund -  AM

01/05/26 - 8/9 Month update;  Live call. He started going off as soon as I got on the phone. Said we are going to continue calling with updates. I told him hopefully, his next encounter with an agent is regarding a sales offer. Placed in the calendar for 12 months. - Mega

10/3/25 Called with update & this guy started yelling at me & said I want to lower the sales price. I asked him what he wanted to lower sales price to & he got even more upset saying you guys are the ones who should know what price it should be & at that time I said I would have his sales agent call. 9/3/25 Live update, told client the agents will attend a Nascar event on Sept 13th & he sounded like he could care less. Jose

07/30/25 - Malanie was speaking to the client and then transferred them over to me. This situation was kind of confusing because I could not look back on the notes to see what they were talking about. Apparently, they have two offers for $1.00 each, but I was not aware. To gather more info, I told them that we would give them a call back. I informed Stephanie. She will reach out to them.
