The Belair Beach Hotel, located on Little Bay Beach is the only ALL SUITE OCEANFRONT resort on St. Maarten. It has a unique combination of hotel, timeshare and condominium facilities. The 2 bedroom suites (the master has a king size bed; the 2nd bedroom has a double bed) have 2 bathrooms and a couch in the living room that opens into a queen size bed as well as its own private terrace overlooking the beach and sea.
