To Whom It May Concern,This email is our **formal written notice of cancellation** and **demand for full refund** regarding the contract entered on **May 15, 2025** between Resort Condominium Services LLC ("RCMS") and:
- **Samer Abulughod**- **Ahlam Mustafa**
We were verbally represented that your services would assist with the sale, resolution, and exit of our timeshare at **Grandview Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada**. However, the written agreement clearly limits services to advertising only, with no guarantee of sale, buyer placement, or exit assistance. This directly contradicts what was promised to us verbally and forms the basis of a claim of **material misrepresentation**.
A charge of **$2,145.00** was posted under the merchant name **RESORTCS** for these services.
Accordingly, we hereby demand:
1. Immediate cancellation of all services under this contract
2. Written confirmation of cancellation
3. A **full refund of $2,145.00** to the original payment method
If we do not receive a response confirming cancellation and refund within **5 business days**, we will proceed with:
- A formal credit card dispute
- Complaints to the Florida Attorney General
- Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection filings
