10/28/25 - Live transfer; 3 months in. He said he hasn't heard from anyone. I told him that we were keeping up with his updates, and he was soon scheduled for one. He said that he received the check. I mentioned that we are still working on offers, and the holiday season is quickly approaching, so hopefully we will generate offers for him around that time. He requested a business card by email. I told him that we do not have a template for that, but I sent the same info by email that is on our business card. He was fine after the call. Placed in the calendar for 6 months. - Mega
