𐙚 2/19/26- Call Back: client asked what is the minimum that summer bay can grab it back, i asked esha how low he can go and she said -3k so 74k to 71k and the client wanting to reduce super low, he later suggested -10k so that's 71k to 61k now.... i said ill see if my supervisor can authorize that price adjustment so i'm not contradicting esha's advice.
