5/4/26 Client called back, I told her there was someone who wanted to purchase but we couldn't get a hold of her. Client said she had broke her knee and that she does not check her emails and that she does not think we will be able to get another offer & that she got phone calls from Blue Green saying they will buy it back. 1/13/25- She called in, says her maint. fees due in March and wants to sell before they are due. Reduced from 80k to 70k. Anxious to sell, I remained positive letting her know it is not March yet, we still have time to receive offers..SR
