01/16/25- Spoke on 24th to Chevy about cancelling said she will advise agent about cancellation.  On October 10th spoke to someone else and requested info for cancellation. Client to receive a full refund. Please process refund as soon as possible. - AS

𐙚 1/16/26- Call Back: carol called again telling me that she is expecting a call with andrew, parked her for avery-cp

𐙚 1/15/26- Call Back: she wants a refund due to her timeshare being deeded back, she expressed her frustration, i let her know what i can do is provide you the email, but unfortunately i have to follow the policy for the refund... what i can do is place you on hold to see if the other department can see if your are eligible for a refund.

she said no, and will send the evidence through email, and might speak with an attorney.

01/02/26 - called client for a update - she is fighting for a refund - told her i am not guaranteeing no refund at this time upper management is waiting on release docs and will decide from there - AM

12/12/25 - Deeded it back to the resort, thought she would get a refund w that bc she spoke to Andrew, I told her there is no refund when deeded back to the resort. She again claimed that she tried to cancel on the 24th w a woman name Promathane something like that?? I told her there is no one here w that name so she probably got confused w another company, says she has no notes of speaking to Chevy the 24th..very confusing. I told her she has to et the mutual release docs and send it to us - Per Avery and we will handle it from there. SR

12/12/25- Customer stated she give the timeshare back to resort. I requested a copy of the mutual release document from the resort she noted she have not received one as yet. -AS

10/17/25 - Client was due for a 1M today - called client live - attempt to provide update - client said she is in the process of canceling and disputing with her ban - i told steph - Avery will look into it - moved in cal per steph request - AM

10/16/25- Client emailed stating she needs to cancel, I told her shes passed her cancellation period, we can deactivate the listing but that would not include a refund. She said she tried to cancel on the 24th when she spoke to chevy..I told her there is no cancellation request documented but we will look into the call and f/u. She wants to dispute the charge with her bank. I advised Avery to look into call and I will f/u with her. SR

10/2/25- Called in and says he received an offer in his email from another company about an offer. Told her be careful that is not from us. SR

𐙚 9/24/25-Welcome: Live, mentioned about our website not having sales for manhattan, i played off as in we do have properties similar to hers with successful sales and this season has high hope sine we have fall-winter events so close together - CP
