04/06/26 - 6 Month; Live call; A little feisty; said he knew this would happen where the sales rep told him just a month for the same and its been more than a month. I mentioned that there are no offers and we are still working on the sale of the ts & will notify them once we receive an offer. The client was fine after the call. 2/26/26 - 3M Update completed, spoke live with client, "at this point has been receiving strong views and appears to be on the right track. We have prepare major events, one that delivered exceptional opportunities for owners during this season last year." Client started saying basically the same from the last call, said the sales person promised him a rental for xmas season but he got nothing, i explain to him he still in our contract terms, between 3-6m things get to speed up so we are are very optimistic that your property will attract interest during the upcoming live presentations. client fine after the call, moved in the cal for a 6m update.
