3/20/26- Gigi passed to me, she was upset bc she thought we were advertising just one specific BG prop when the pts are available in any location, I explained no we had it displayed for all BGs. says to DEACTIVATE BG properties bc the resort took it back, she then kept expressing her disappointment of no offers. I had to really work w her and mend her mind and tell her to let me work w her bc she wanted to deactivate the wyndham too. I got her to agree w me on us continuing to market and let me work on ensuring she receives a RENTAL OFFER. Passing to closers to come up w a rental offer. SR
3/20/26 - 3M Update completed, spoke live with client, "at this point has been receiving strong views and appears to be on the right track. We have prepare major events, one that delivered exceptional opportunities for owners during this season last year."
