5/4/26- Chevy passed to me, wants REFUND, went over possible solutions to have the proeperty sold sooner as far as reducing the price, says she feels this is a "sham", I explained we do not gain anything from just keeping the property on the market, we actually have to reach a buyer for our company to make a profit thru the financing of the buyer. Says she does not need us bc she gets calls to her phone from ppl who want to buy it, I explained if she did not give anyone permission to market the property how could they have a buyer? Asked if we are on the BBB, I said yes, says she will give us 1 more month to sell then says she will write review. Passing to Avery. SR
